Works at Lady Bay (Port of Warrnambool) improved recreational boating infrastructure in Warrnambool, VIC. Upgrades delivered in 2022–2023 included a replaced two‑lane concrete boat ramp with grooved slabs, replacement of ageing wooden jetties with modern jetties providing boat tie‑up points and improved protection within the harbour, rock revetment repairs, and significant dredging of the bay to improve access across a range of tides. The works formed part of a Safer Launching and Breakwater Stabilisation project to improve local port infrastructure and boating access for trailer boats and day visitors.
