The venue operates as a dine-in and takeaway cafe (coffee, cakes, breakfast and lunch; evening meals Friday & Saturday) and also offers small boat hire for self-drive cruising or fishing (no boat licence required) with briefing, a map and life jackets provided. The Boatshed also provides swing and pier moorings (walk-on/walk-off) for boats up to about 7 metres.
