Sailing club

Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron is a large sailing club on the Mornington Peninsula offering organised sailing programs, regattas and community activities alongside marina and shore services. The club operates a marina with berth leasing and sales, a hardstand area and travel-lift/slipping infrastructure for moving vessels out of the water for maintenance or storage. BYS runs learn-to-sail and other training programs, operates clubhouse dining and event facilities, and provides marina support services to members and visitors.

Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron Marina (BYS) is a marina and sailing club on Port Phillip Bay at Blairgowrie, VIC. The facility provides berths (short- and long-term, licensed and casual visitor berths), a modern clubhouse with dining and member facilities, hardstand storage and washdown bays, travel-lift and lift-out crane infrastructure for slipping and boat handling, and organised power-and-sail training and racing programs. Marina operations staff manage onsite services, inspections and basic care of mooring lines, power and water.
